  • Customer Service: Interact with customers to resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing training and development opportunities.
  • Financial Management: Manage the operating budget and ensure that all financial reports are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in site operations management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, management, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, and ability to become proficient in all company computer systems.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid Class C driver's license and record of safe driving for the last three years.

Compensation: $100-$130k per year, with full benefits.
