Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including hiring, training, and supervising drivers and staff.
- Contract Management: Ensure that all city and transfer contracts are executed correctly and that all necessary reports are submitted.
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Manage the movement of goods and materials, including coordinating with drivers and staff to ensure timely delivery.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers to resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing training and development opportunities.
- Financial Management: Manage the operating budget and ensure that all financial reports are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in site operations management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, management, supply chain, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, and ability to become proficient in all company computer systems.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid Class C driver's license and record of safe driving for the last three years.
Compensation: $100-$130k per year, with full benefits.
