About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team at Flad Architects. As a Project Architect, you will play a key role in leading multi-disciplinary teams and working on large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior level staff with leadership, management, and coordination of project team members and consultants from project inception through completion.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to team members and/or consultants, helping to manage project consultant coordination and relationships.
  • Support senior level staff to ensure the client's vision, goals, and objectives are understood by all team members and consultants, implementing design requirements through documentation and construction, maintaining design intent and/or integration of a specific piece of the project.
  • Take increasing responsibility for the technical planning and execution of project documents, including quality, organization, and content.
  • Deliver design-sensitive projects on schedule and within budget, making authoritative decisions and recommendations of significant impact related to the project.
  • Assist in developing products and materials for presentations, participating in internal project team meetings and attending technical and consultant meetings.
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years of architectural experience, with at least one year of recent Project Architect experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and working on large-scale projects required.
  • Experience with one of Flad's market segments preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, written, verbal, and graphics communication skills essential.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Revit proficiency required.
  • Previous experience with AutoCAD preferred.
