Solutions Consultant

As a key member of the CallMiner Sales Team, the Solutions Consultant plays a critical role in driving a successful sales process through technical and analytical pre-sales activities. Key responsibilities include engaging prospects on the technical aspects of the CallMiner solution, presenting effective demonstrations, and matching prospects' business requirements to solution functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in achieving 100% and above of sales targets
- Develop strong relationships with prospects to drive sales of CallMiner products and services
- Contribute to team success by partnering with sales directors to develop specific strategies and objectives related to each prospect
- Lead the product and technical presentation phases of the CallMiner solution
- Demonstrate how CallMiner's solution enables customers to achieve ROI
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Conduct proof-of-concept, including technical setup, content creation, and data analytics to develop ROI stories
- Assist in developing product demonstrations
- Assist in responding to RFP/RFI/RFQ requests
- Coordinate with technical and product experts to engage with prospects when appropriate
- Produce supporting material for the sales team
- Record and maintain client contact data
- Convey prospect/customer requirements to Product Management teams
- Assist with marketing activities related to shows, seminars, and conferences
Requirements:
- Well-rounded pre-sales, business consulting, or analytics background with a minimum of 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Linguistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere with aggressive sales goals
- Ability to organize and manage own work, projects, priorities, deadlines, and follow up on assignments with minimal direction
- Strong presentation and communication skills to explain technical and functional concepts
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate professionally and effectively
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team-oriented selling environment
- Ability to develop and interpret data analysis for conveying the value of a technical/software solution
- Technically competent with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Familiarity with AI technologies, including Machine Learning and Generative
- Ability to travel for prospect/customer meetings, company gatherings, and industry conferences
- Familiarity with basic syntax and Boolean search operators, SQL Database experience desired
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Other Skills (Beneficial):
- Full professional proficiency in multiple languages
- Exposure to contact center metrics, architecture, and/or business intelligence analysis
- Industry experience in Collections, Financial, Healthcare, Performance Marketing, BPO, etc.
