Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our growing team in driving forward innovative and sustainable packaging solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating project activities, maintaining seamless communication among stakeholders, and ensuring project milestones are met on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in the development and management of project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
  • Activity Management: Coordinate project activities and resources to align with project goals and deliverables.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed project records, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors to align on goals, expectations, and timelines.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential issues and risks, collaborating with the project manager to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Budget Oversight: Track and manage project expenses, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and following up on action items.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical skills to evaluate project data and generate actionable reports.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities even under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies: Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Sustainability Knowledge: Familiarity with sustainability and knowledge of the packaging industry is a strong advantage.
