Job Summary:

This role is responsible for working closely with the project accounting team and Development Controller to perform financial duties and responsibilities for various development projects in different stages of construction. The successful candidate will report directly to the Accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform accounting duties and responsibilities for multiple development projects
* Work with the project accounting team and Development Controller to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
* 2+ years of experience in financial project management or similar role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits:

* Estimated salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
