Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 lbs.
  • Prolonged periods of standing during shifts.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience:

  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in a hotel front desk role.
  • Required: One year of experience in customer service or a guest-facing position.
  • Proficient in using computers, including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is advantageous.
