Hotel Guest Service Representative

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in the hospitality industry? BMI Hospitality Management is seeking a skilled Guest Service Representative to join our team at the Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle-Airport/28th Ave.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be responsible for greeting and checking in guests, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in guests, using both manual and computerized methods
- Answer inquiries and accept reservations, in person, through email and telephone calls
- Control and record financial transactions at the front desk
- Maintain good customer relations by staying informed of all in-house and area functions
- Perform other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management
Requirements:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs.
