The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be responsible for greeting and checking in guests, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in guests, using both manual and computerized methods
  • Answer inquiries and accept reservations, in person, through email and telephone calls
  • Control and record financial transactions at the front desk
  • Maintain good customer relations by staying informed of all in-house and area functions
  • Perform other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Able to lift up to 20 lbs.
