Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license required.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience in dealing directly with customers.
  • 4+ years of customer service experience with 2+ years of sales experience.
Physical Requirements

The applicant must possess all auditory, speaking, and communicating capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities detailed above. The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, sitting, standing, walking, bending, and twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, and pulling, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading.
