Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Spire Hospitality. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding service and ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and effective communication
- Streamline the check-in and check-out process for guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work effectively in a dynamic environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet guest needs
- Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of front desk experience in hotels preferred, with a minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Proficiency in MS Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plus
