Role Responsibilities:

As a Behavior Technician, you will provide individualized ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing personalized treatment and behavior plans.
  • Delivering high-quality therapeutic services to children and their families.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Associate's Degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Completion of Safety Care Training.
  • At least one year of experience working with children with Autism or other developmental challenges.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
Physical and Mental Requirements:

Physical Demands: Must possess full physical dexterity and the ability to perform all necessary movements, including lifting children weighing between 5 to 50 lbs.

Mental Demands: Ability to effectively respond to the diverse needs of children, families, and team members. Must be capable of multitasking, maintaining accurate documentation, and making quick, informed decisions in various situations.

Work Environment:

Work will primarily take place in a center-based setting designed for children and their families.
