Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Behavior Analyst to join our center-based team. The successful candidate will manage a focused caseload of 4-6 clients, receiving comprehensive administrative support from our Clinical and Operations Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and periodic evaluations for clients.
  • Formulate individualized goals and objectives for client Treatment Plans.
  • Create written protocols for behavioral interventions and educational programs.
  • Gather and analyze data for each goal/objective during direct sessions.
  • Document data in company software and maintain client confidentiality.
  • Provide training on behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis to families and staff.
  • Evaluate data to assess program effectiveness.
  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Therapists.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Master's degree or equivalent in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
  • Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with diverse special needs.

Knowledge of effective behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, instructional methods, and relevant ethical and legal standards is essential.


Additional Skills:
  • Proficient in using computers and behavioral software for documentation and client record maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions within established guidelines.
  • Capability to supervise clients during treatment sessions.
  • Physical ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and remain on feet for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
