Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments of clients to determine their needs and goals.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and evidence-based practices.
  • Supervise and train Behavior Therapists, providing guidance and support in the implementation of ABA interventions.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide education and support regarding ABA therapy.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and treatment sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or equivalent in psychology, special education, or a related field.
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
