Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist in the operations of our mental health and specialty pharmacy. This role involves dispensing medications and performing essential administrative tasks under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and clinic staff.
  • Accurately fill prescription orders and prepare them for verification.
  • Manage the ordering, receiving, and storage of pharmacy supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records by verifying medication stock and entering data into the system.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacist to ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
  • Perform various clerical duties related to pharmacy operations.

Qualifications:

  • Active and Unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in Connecticut.
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
  • Experience in pharmacy and prescription data entry.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
