Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check-in applicants, verifying their identity and ensuring they have the necessary documents to complete transactions.
  • Assist customers with creating accounts and submitting online applications for initial enrollment, renewal, card replacement, vehicle enrollment, and termination.

Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Active Tier 4 Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one

  • Two years of general administrative experience with customer interface
  • Two years of experience with Microsoft Office products
