HLS Sales Director Role Overview

As a Regional Vice President at Salesforce, you'll lead Account Executives selling the entire Salesforce Customer Success Platform across multiple verticals. Your goal is to drive outstanding business results, foster first-class employee development, and ensure seamless integration with Sales, Marketing, Pre-sales, Partner Alliances, Services & HR.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership capabilities, including experience in sales coaching and mentoring.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Drive for results, strong engagement and communication skills, and consultative selling experience are essential.
  • Collaboration and influencing skills in a 'win as a team' environment are necessary.
  • Prior experience working within the Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space is highly valued.

Compensation Package

Our competitive compensation package includes a base salary range of $215,500 to $288,250, depending on location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
