We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Pricing Strategy to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our pricing and revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic pricing plans to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Pricing Strategies: Design and implement pricing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure effective execution of pricing strategies.
- Analyze Market Trends: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for pricing optimization.
- Develop Pricing Models: Create and maintain pricing models that accurately reflect market conditions and business objectives.
- Communicate Pricing Strategies: Effectively communicate pricing strategies and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in merchandising, retail pricing, sourcing, operations management, finance, marketing, or related field, or 7 years of experience with 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience with financial planning and analysis.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000.00-$180,000.00, annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and additional compensation for certain positions, including stock. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance, as well as paid time off, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting leave.
