Position Overview:

As an Identity Infrastructure Engineer within Palantir's Identity Security division, you will architect, construct, and maintain secure identity systems and tools. Your contributions will significantly enhance the robustness of essential Palantir infrastructure that supports a globally distributed workforce.

  • Automate processes for both corporate and client-facing identity systems across various compliance landscapes
  • Design, secure, and oversee geo-redundant systems and services within AWS and Azure environments
  • Enhance Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations across multiple Entra ID tenants utilizing infrastructure-as-code methodologies
  • Investigate and implement new authentication protocols
  • Collaborate with Security Compliance Engineers to create innovative services that lower compliance enforcement costs

Core Values:

  • Proficient understanding of identity protocols such as SAML, OIDC, LDAP, and Kerberos
  • Experience in managing identities and governance processes on platforms like Entra ID, AWS Cognito, and Okta
  • Familiarity with risk management and regulatory compliance standards

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or DevOps
  • Experience in deploying and managing infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Go, Python, PowerShell, or TypeScript
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or Puppet
  • Willingness to obtain a U.S. security clearance, or possess an active TS//SCI

Compensation:

The anticipated salary range for this role is $135,000 - $200,000 annually. Total compensation may include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonuses, and other potential incentives based on qualifications and experience.
