El Especialista en Operaciones de Recursos Humanos será responsable de respaldar diversas áreas de la organización, actuando como un enlace entre la gestión y todas las facetas de Recursos Humanos. Este rol implica la administración de programas, prácticas y procedimientos de Recursos Humanos para todos los niveles de personal, así como la recopilación de comentarios sobre los programas de Recursos Humanos desde las áreas apoyadas.

Responsabilidades del Puesto:

  • Proporcionar apoyo en áreas funcionales de Recursos Humanos, incluyendo reclutamiento, relaciones laborales, actividades de compromiso de empleados, gestión de compensaciones, beneficios y servicios para empleados, desarrollo organizacional, planificación de sucesiones, capacitación, igualdad de oportunidades en el empleo, proyectos, registros, entre otros.
  • Atender problemas de relaciones laborales, llevando a cabo investigaciones exhaustivas y oportunas sobre quejas, conflictos con supervisores, alegaciones de acoso, discriminación y manejo de agravios.
  • Participar en el desarrollo de políticas y programas de Recursos Humanos junto con miembros senior del equipo de Recursos Humanos.
  • Colaborar en la identificación, desarrollo e implementación de políticas y procedimientos de Recursos Humanos, así como su difusión.
  • Asistir a reuniones de departamentos para proporcionar actualizaciones de Recursos Humanos y recibir información sobre cambios operativos.
  • Administrar programas de la empresa.
  • Preparar informes y mantener registros precisos.
  • Revisar transacciones de gerentes y empleados para asegurar su precisión y procesarlas de acuerdo con las pautas de flujo de trabajo.
  • Investigar y analizar datos y tendencias, determinando posibles resoluciones y comunicando hallazgos a los líderes y miembros del equipo correspondientes.
  • Colaborar con miembros del equipo y la dirección para impulsar procesos de mejora continua.
  • Asistir en auditorías departamentales para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos y políticas de la empresa y del gobierno.
  • Proporcionar apoyo al equipo de adquisición de talento a lo largo del proceso de adquisición.
  • Trabajar con diversas plataformas tecnológicas de Recursos Humanos, como HRIS y L&D, para facilitar programas y apoyar al campo.
  • Coordinar y participar en capacitación, orientación y comunicación según se solicite.
  • Participar en proyectos adicionales para apoyar las necesidades comerciales en curso.

Conocimientos y Habilidades:

  • Amplio conocimiento de múltiples disciplinas de Recursos Humanos, incluyendo relaciones laborales, diagnósticos organizacionales, diversidad, gestión del rendimiento, compensación y leyes laborales.
  • Habilidades internas de investigación exhaustiva y capacidad para hacer recomendaciones de acuerdo con políticas establecidas.
  • Habilidades efectivas de colaboración y capacidad para construir y mantener relaciones positivas tanto internas como externas.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, así como un buen sentido empresarial.
  • Habilidades sólidas en gestión del cambio y mejora de procesos.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook y familiaridad con aplicaciones de bases de datos de Recursos Humanos.
  • Alta atención al detalle, precisión, habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas; pensamiento estratégico.
  • Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
  • Capacidad para priorizar y administrar una amplia gama de tareas, incluyendo la resolución de quejas y el asesoramiento a gerentes y empleados sobre la interpretación de políticas y procedimientos.
  • Capacidad para identificar problemas, causas raíz y proponer soluciones valiosas.
  • Capacidad para manejar información confidencial con discreción y sensibilidad.
  • Capacidad para aplicar un buen juicio imparcial, ética laboral sólida e integridad en el trabajo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y de rápido crecimiento.
  • Flexibilidad en horarios y días de trabajo según sea necesario.

Competencias:

Experiencia:

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia progresiva en Recursos Humanos, preferiblemente en un entorno de manufactura de alto volumen.

Educación/Certificación:

  • Título universitario en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado preferido.
  • Certificación relacionada con Recursos Humanos deseada, preferiblemente SHRM.

Gestión de Personas: No

Requisitos Físicos / Entorno de Trabajo:

  • Debe poder realizar responsabilidades esenciales con o sin adaptaciones razonables. El horario y los días de trabajo pueden variar ocasionalmente para apoyar las operaciones. Se requiere EPP en áreas de manufactura designadas.
