We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Implementation Specialist to join our team at DAIKIN COMFORT TECHNOLOGIES MFG LP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA SD deployment, from initial system design to final deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA SD deployment, from initial system design to final deployment.
  • Create a data-driven approach to plan for DAIKIN COMFORT TECHNOLOGIES MFG LP's end-to-end business transformation towards SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
  • Evaluate existing processes and create strategic plans to integrate these with S/4HANA's functionalities.
  • Understand business processes in the manufacturing area, identify areas for improvement, and ensure the solution aligns with SAP S/4HANA environment.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of S/4HANA functions with other business operations.
  • Develop a comprehensive training program for end users, driving S/4HANA adoption across the organization.
  • Collaborate with SAP consultants and other technology partners to ensure project deliverables are met within timelines and budgets.
  • Oversee the migration of sales and distribution data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Continuously monitor the sales and distribution processes within SAP S/4HANA to identify and implement further enhancements.

Requirements:

  • At least three full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of the integral functions, features, and capabilities of SAP S/4HANA SD.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving large-scale technology transformation projects to completion.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and robust decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • 10 plus years of direct experience with SAP modules.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
