VIP Staffing is seeking an experienced Executive Sales Director to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth. This is a dynamic opportunity for a results-driven professional with a passion for sales, leadership, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives and drive process improvements
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
