About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Chief Sales Operations Director to lead our sales team in Brigham City and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and operations, with a proven track record of success in driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Lead Sales Team: Oversee and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Sales Planning: Create and implement sales plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling products and services.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, using this information to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In engineering, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Bilingual: Proficiency in English and another language is preferred.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive business results.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Travel: Must be willing to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally.
