Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers as they arrive on the lot, guiding them through the sales journey.
  • Help customers identify a vehicle that aligns with their requirements by utilizing our current inventory.
  • Enhance the sales experience by showcasing vehicle features directly on the lot.
  • Support customers in completing their sales applications efficiently.
  • Collaborate with management to boost sales by conducting daily inspections of the lot's vehicles and reporting any issues.
  • Assist in ensuring the lot is presented effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
Qualifications
  • High energy and enthusiasm throughout the sales day.
  • Friendly and outgoing demeanor, particularly when addressing customer concerns.
  • Proven track record in customer service and sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and via phone.
  • Able to persuade and address customer objections during the sales process.
  • Proficient in basic business mathematics, including percentages.
  • Capable of learning and utilizing Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales systems.
  • Persistent, competitive, and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Focus on customer needs to enhance both dealership and personal sales.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles.
