Job Summary

The Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, driving the delivery of client engagements according to agreed-upon scope, time, and budget. This role will coordinate multiple concurrent projects, working with internal and external resources to ensure timely resolution of discrepancies and implementation project roadblocks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a thorough understanding of client business requirements and plan implementation projects accordingly.
  2. Set and manage client expectations, communicating key deliverables, timelines, and client roles and responsibilities.
  3. Manage, track, and communicate the progress of several concurrent client implementation projects.
  4. Coordinate client training, data conversion, and general setup requirements, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and clients.
  5. Ensure timely resolution of discrepancies and implementation project roadblocks.
  6. Acquire signoff of key deliverables from clients as required.
Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in project/implementation coordination, specifically leading change related to enterprise software solutions. An understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to the dental or medical professions is also essential. Experience with software in a SaaS environment, JIRA, Netsuite, Windows, and Mac OS is an asset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly phone and email correspondence, are required.

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, database structure, and network troubleshooting is also necessary. Compensation is dependent on experience, education, etc. (paid hourly).
