Our Mission

To enhance our product portfolio, we are seeking a skilled and motivated engineer to lead the development of innovative refrigeration products for the US and Canada markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in product development, with a focus on sealed systems and cooling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative ideas for refrigeration products, utilizing design thinking and creativity.
  • Collaborate with international engineering teams to develop and implement new features and enhancements for refrigeration products.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and trends in refrigeration, and develop concepts to leverage these advancements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze and resolve quality issues related to thermal performance, utilizing problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in refrigeration product development, with a focus on sealed systems and cooling.
  • Active experience using 3D solid modeling software, such as SolidWorks.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering product development processes and innovation methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with structural and thermal simulation, as well as plastics part manufacturing and metal part fabrication processes.
  • Familiarity with patents and technology trends in refrigeration, as well as intellectual property protection.
  • Working knowledge of consumer insights and market research, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive product development.
