Job Summary

CHEMICAL & INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER is seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Engineer to join our Electrical Engineering team. This role will involve designing electrical equipment for oil & gas, petrochemical, and other related facilities, as well as performing electrical engineering calculations and using modeling software such as ETAP and SKM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design industrial power distribution systems, including equipment specifications, protection schemes, load analysis, fault, and coordination studies.
  • Perform electrical engineering calculations, including load studies, voltage drop calculations, wire and conduit sizing, and motor sizing.
  • Use ETAP, SKM, and other similar modeling software to design and analyze electrical systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an ABET-accredited engineering program with a minimum of 6 years of related work experience, or a bachelor's degree or higher from an ABET-accredited engineering technology program with 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally to client locations, vendor shops, and project sites.
  • Must comply with drug-free workplace requirements and obtain Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) and pass any required background checks.
  • Performs work in a safe manner in accordance with C&I and client requirements.
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, which could include exposure to the weather, heights, small spaces, noise, etc. while working on job sites.
  • Valid Driver's License.
