Job Title: Key Account Manager

Ferring is a leading biopharmaceutical company that pioneers and delivers life-changing therapies. We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our microbiome team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales goals and maximize product adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in gastroenterology accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience, with a focus on gastroenterology.
  • Proven track record of high sales performance and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of managed care landscape and its impact on business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
