Job Description:

As a Global Cruise Operations Coordinator - Guest Services, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences on board our cruise ships. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Integrity and Confidentiality: Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of guest data, adhering to all relevant policies and regulations.
  2. Pre-Departure Coordination: Collaborate with shoreside teams to ensure all necessary documentation is collected and guest information is accurately recorded.
  3. Embarkation and Disembarkation: Assist ground handlers and check-in supervisors with questions, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process for guests.
  4. Guest Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional guest service, meeting or exceeding expectations, and addressing guest concerns promptly.
  5. Coordinate with Department Managers: Work closely with department managers and the Crew Manager to ensure non-revenue guests comply with Customs and Immigration requirements.
  6. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for guests who break their voyage unexpectedly, ensuring all necessary procedures are in place.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of a recognized hotel or business school: Or 2-year previous experience in administrative duties, such as data input, organizing paper and computer files, and multi-tasking.
  • Cruise ship experience: Preferably as an Administration Officer or similar position.
  • Immigration and Clearance Requirements: Specific experience and knowledge in all aspects of immigration and clearance requirements within the US and worldwide.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written. Knowledge of additional languages is strongly preferred.
  • Attitude and Personality: Fantastic attitude, natural love, and ability for dealing with complex issues in a guest-facing environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Personable communicator, outstanding social skills, warm, friendly, and caring personality.
