About the Position
We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our faculty as a Computer Engineering Faculty member. The successful candidate will be expected to develop a strong research program, teach undergraduate and graduate courses, and participate in departmental and university service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in computer engineering
- Conduct research in computer engineering, with a focus on areas such as hardware security, heterogeneous computing, and computer architecture
- Advise students and mentor junior faculty members
- Participate in departmental and university service, including committee work and outreach activities
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Engineering or a related field
- Strong research and teaching record
- Ability to develop and teach courses in computer engineering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industry or government research and development
- Strong background in computer architecture, hardware security, or related areas
- Ability to develop and lead research projects
