  • Provide support during balance sheet reviews and internal audit processes.

Qualifications Required:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (with a finance focus) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; OR an advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (with a finance focus) with at least 3 years of experience.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to access to restricted systems and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong grasp of fundamental accounting principles.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with enterprise management systems, especially SAP or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration across departments.
  • Experience with financial reporting software such as HFM or OneStream.
  • Knowledge of data management applications like Business Warehouse and Power BI.
  • A keen ability to identify inefficiencies and propose operational improvements.

Work Environment:

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring regular onsite and offsite work. Candidates should be prepared for commuting responsibilities as part of their role.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between 77,000 USD and 163,000 USD, reflecting a good faith estimate for various experience levels. Compensation will be influenced by factors such as role responsibilities, candidate experience, and location.
