Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team at CARF International. This role will be responsible for coordinating payroll and accounts payable functions, as well as completing various state and federal tax reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain user accounts and access rights for accounts payable automation software in accordance with the Authorizations Manual.
  • Process invoices, payment requests, and expense reports for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage the purchase card process in compliance with fiscal policies.
  • Process journal entries for accruals.
  • Maintain accounts payable and cash disbursement electronic records and files.
  • Review staff timesheets for completeness and accuracy prior to processing payroll.
  • Process staff payroll using software, ensuring accuracy before completion.
  • Complete and file various state and federal tax reporting requirements for the U.S. and Canada.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and three (3) to five (5) years' experience in accounting, finance, or payroll related field.
  • Knowledge of state and federal payroll tax regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products to include advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with accounting and payroll software.
