Job Description

At Critical Path Institute (C-PATH), we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to our global, virtual working groups. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars for our Program leadership and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Program leadership and staff, including travel planning and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date calendars for Program leadership and staff.
  • Coordinate activities with consortia Project Managers to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Support electronic communications and interactions, including coordinating meetings and sharing Program materials.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare-related organizations preferred.
