Job Description

The Project Coordinator II is a key member of the Critical Path Institute's (C-Path) team, responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the program's leadership and staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to ensure the smooth management of activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the program's leadership and staff, including travel planning, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars.
  • Coordinate activities with other project coordinators and project managers, as well as with external collaborators and partners.
  • Input and maintain content on the Quantitative Medicine SharePoint sites.
  • Support electronic communications and interactions, including coordinating meetings, sharing program materials, and working with the communications team to announce initiatives.
  • Assist with project management, including developing project work plans and revising them as needed.
  • Track and document best practices and lessons learned, and share them with the team.
  • Schedule offsite meetings, including working with hotels to ensure venue and logistical needs are met.
Requirements
  • Two-year degree in business management, communications, or a related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of direct project coordinator experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • PACE, CAP, or CAPM certification, preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare-related organizations, preferred.
