Job Title: Head of Media Analytics and Insights

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Media Analytics and Insights team. As a key member of our North America Stores Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven insights to inform media planning, investment, and measurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with our Customer Analytics team to design and lead the implementation of modern measurement plans and longer-term roadmaps.
  • Develop and execute a NAS-wide measurement framework and KPIs that will be used to evaluate experiences and specific plans, campaigns, or investments across paid, owned, and earned media environments.
  • Write documents and develop reporting providing clear analytics stories - why the work is important, the truths that the analytics reveal, and the actions that should follow the analyses.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and groups, facilitating synergy between the central analytics teams and the marketing planning and activation functions.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing, finance, or business analytics experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
