About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Sales Analytics and Insights Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Insights, Analytics, Data Engineering & Science (SIADS) team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify key insights from data and deliver actionable recommendations to support strategic objectives.
  • Utilize advanced analytical and AI problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead product management initiatives, including defining product roadmaps, setting priorities, and managing the product lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards to provide impactful data visualizations and support business intelligence needs.
  • Implement iterative deployment strategies and continuous improvement processes to enhance product performance and user satisfaction.
About the Team

The SIADS team is responsible for five key priorities: modernizing core data infrastructure and datasets, providing the right insights to the right people at the right time, simplifying navigation to single source of truth insights products, leveraging AI/ML models to pinpoint timely insights and actionable recommendations, and building high-performing teams.
