Executive Chef

At Minnie Bell's Soul Movement, San Francisco, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the high standards of our customers.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to deliver exceptional dishes.
- Supervise and mentor our culinary team, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
- Ensure that our kitchen operations are running smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that support our business goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Proven track record of success in menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
