Position Overview

The Client Relationship Manager fosters valuable connections with Key Account Clients while ensuring exceptional service for all SERVPRO customers. By elevating SERVPRO's brand visibility, operational capabilities, and market presence, the overall call volume and revenue for the franchise network will see significant growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Establish connections with client field claims personnel and cultivate partnerships with trainers and franchises
  • Draft quality agreements and communications to guarantee return on investment throughout the contract duration
  • Assess SERVPRO program effectiveness using available analytical tools
  • Enhance gross revenues and call center referrals
  • Oversee communications with Key Accounts while demonstrating outstanding customer service
  • Provide support for conventions as needed

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven sales success, ideally within the insurance sector
  • Familiarity with automated reporting tools such as Microsoft CRM
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for business purposes
