The Senior Client Services Counselor will provide professional case management and direct client services to clients with complex needs. This includes assessing client needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing counseling and support to clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide complex and specialized case management services to clients with high needs
  • Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide counseling and support to clients and their families
  • Collaborate with other agencies and community resources to ensure comprehensive services
  • Document all interactions and services provided to clients
Requirements:
  • Two years of experience in client services case management
  • Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, economics, or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and proof of adequate vehicle insurance
Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality. The Senior Client Services Counselor will work independently and as part of a team to provide services to clients.
