About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Manager to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our customer support operations, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of retail and improving millions of lives around the world.

As a Process Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for driving change initiatives, developing readiness plans, and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuous improvement in our customer support processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans to support customer support initiatives and projects.
  • Conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Creating and delivering communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Developing training programs and materials to support change initiatives.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the customer support team is prepared for new product launches, process changes, and system implementations. This will involve developing and executing operational readiness plans, including risk assessments, contingency planning, and go-live support.

As a Process Improvement Manager, you will work closely with customer support leadership, product managers, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on change initiatives. You will facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to support change and operational readiness efforts.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce and customer support.
  • Experience in project management, change management, and/or operational readiness.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
