  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of coffee service area of the store, ensuring that it is clean and safe for customers.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to follow company customer service procedures, demonstrated prior customer service skills or related experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to interact with customers and co-workers, ability to understand and follow directions.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to speak with customers to resolve problems, ability to communicate effectively with team members.
