About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality food production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead shifts and manage crew members to ensure efficient service and high-quality food production.
  • Monitor performance and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards.
  • Manage inventory, maintain safety and security, and monitor profitability.
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Meet targets and help departments meet their goals.

Requirements:

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We are looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun and work in a fast-paced environment.
