Job Summary

CommunityAmerica Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Banking department, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with business members and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive commercial production achievement through internal referrals and business development activities
  • Build and manage a portfolio of commercial loans and relationships
  • Interpret and analyze creditworthiness of commercial loans and work with credit analysts to prepare credit memoranda
  • Research and utilize data to support loan decisions and provide recommendations to business members
  • Work closely with Treasury Management Sales and Concierge Banking to promote a high member experience and drive business growth
  • Consult with business members to identify needs and propose solutions to meet those needs
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with branches and other lines of business to drive referrals and enhance the member experience
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial banking and sales
  • Experience with commercial real estate lending and commercial and industrial lending
  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance, or significant direct experience or certifications in lieu of degree
  • Desirable: completion of graduate school of banking programs, risk management association coursework, and/or other business lending programs
