Job Title: Human Capital Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Capital Specialist to join our team at Ladgov Corporation. This role is responsible for conducting job analysis and evaluating position descriptions according to OPM classification standards.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant HR experience, with knowledge of federal classification standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with classification systems are also required.

This is a full-time position located at the Government Publishing Office in Washington, DC. The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct job analysis and evaluate position descriptions according to OPM classification standards
  • Apply position classification and management principles to ensure roles align with regulations, organizational plans, and budgetary constraints
  • Maintain competitive levels and sensitivity levels for GPO positions to ensure accuracy and consistency across classifications
  • Support managers and HR staff by providing position management, organizational design advice, and classification training

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant HR experience
  • Knowledge of federal classification standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
