Position Overview

Aeroflow Sleep is expanding rapidly, and we are searching for enthusiastic, proactive individuals who are ready to engage fully in achieving both team and personal objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Your role will involve facilitating the onboarding process for newly diagnosed sleep apnea patients by:
  • Handling incoming calls to assist patients in understanding the steps to acquire a new CPAP machine, clarifying insurance requirements, and providing basic troubleshooting for equipment. Effective communication with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives is essential.
  • Responding to patient inquiries via email.
  • Managing internal communications regarding patient cases.
  • Keeping an organized sales log and updating follow-up dates.
  • Reviewing clinical documentation to ensure compliance with insurance protocols.
  • Verifying patient eligibility through insurance and securing prior authorizations.
  • Coordinating with external sales representatives, addressing escalations, and responding to inquiries promptly.
  • Scheduling CPAP deliveries and setups for patients.
  • Upholding HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Understanding and adhering to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies is a personal responsibility.
  • Compliance is integral to your role and is considered a key performance metric.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare-related position
