Position Overview

Aeroflow Sleep is expanding rapidly, and we are seeking enthusiastic, proactive individuals who are committed to achieving both team and personal objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Your role will involve assisting newly diagnosed sleep apnea patients in navigating their journey with Aeroflow Sleep by:
  • Handling incoming calls to guide patients through the process of acquiring a new CPAP machine, explaining insurance protocols, and troubleshooting equipment issues. Effective communication with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives is essential.
  • Responding to patient inquiries via email.
  • Managing internal communications related to patient cases.
  • Keeping a detailed sales log and updating follow-up dates.
  • Reviewing clinical documents to ensure compliance with insurance standards.
  • Verifying patient eligibility with insurance and securing prior authorizations.
  • Coordinating with external sales representatives, addressing escalations, and providing timely responses to inquiries.
  • Scheduling CPAP deliveries and setups for patients.
  • Upholding HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Complying with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies as part of your employment responsibilities.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare-related position.
