Our hospital provides comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs, catering to the needs of patients recovering from various conditions, including stroke, brain injury, neurological disorders, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized patient care, considering the specific needs of each individual, in accordance with established standards of care.
  • Assist with morning and evening care routines, including bathing, oral hygiene, and back care, ensuring patients' comfort and dignity.
  • Prepare patients for meals, serve and remove food trays, and assist with feeding or meals as needed.
  • Respond to patient call lights, anticipate needs, and make regular rounds to assigned patients.
  • Assist patients with handling personal property, such as dentures, glasses, and hearing aids.
  • Report and record any changes in patients' condition or behavior, as well as unusual incidents.
  • Collaborate with licensed nursing staff to perform treatment procedures.
Requirements:
  • CPR/BCLS Certification
  • Minimum six months of experience in an acute or long-term facility (preferred)
  • Excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills
