Responsibilities

As a Patient Support Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing morning and evening care to patients, including bed baths, showers, oral hygiene, and back care
  • Preparing patients for meals and assisting with feeding if necessary
  • Answering patient call lights and anticipating patient needs
  • Assisting patients with personal property, such as dentures, glasses, and hearing aids
