Job Title: IT Support Technician

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team at Insight Global. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tier 1 support for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, and in-person requests.
  • Perform onsite hardware, software, and networking support, including connectivity and patching.
  • Create accounts in Active Directory and set up computers for new hires, including imaging and physical setup.
  • Configure and deploy new user desktops and laptops, hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, creating and updating documentation as needed.
  • Provide PC support and warehouse experience, including tracking repairs, warranty information, and inventory.
  • Upgrade and troubleshoot applications and printers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and communication.
Requirements:
  • Tier 1 support experience.
  • Onsite hardware, software, and networking support experience.
  • Experience with Active Directory and computer setup for new hires.
  • Configuring and deploying new user desktops and laptops.
  • Troubleshooting experience and documentation creation.
  • PC support and warehouse experience.
  • Upgrading and troubleshooting applications and printers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Jira and Confluence experience.
  • General warehouse experience.
