Requirements:
  • Tier 1 support experience
  • Onsite hardware, software, and networking support experience
  • Experience with Active Directory and computer setup
  • Configuring and deploying new user desktop and laptop hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Troubleshooting experience and documentation skills
  • PC support and warehouse experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Jira and Confluence experience
