Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently
  • For Inbound Calls:
    • Respond to customer inquiries and schedule appointments for sales representatives or technicians
  • For Outbound Calls:
    • Contact potential clients to gauge their interest and filter out those who are not interested in our services; take necessary follow-up actions
    • Adhere to communication scripts
    • Identify customer needs, clarify details, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives

Required Skills:
