- For Inbound Calls:
- Respond to customer inquiries and schedule appointments for sales representatives or technicians
- For Outbound Calls:

- Adhere to communication scripts
- Identify customer needs, clarify details, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
- Capitalize on opportunities to promote additional products
- Foster long-term relationships and engage with customers

- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Proven track record of exceeding performance targets
