Job Title: Sales Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Service Specialist to join our team at Applied Control Equipment LLLP. As a Sales Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and technical support to our customers, driving growth and revenue for our valve services business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
  • Manage and coordinate the pursuit of in-house and field valve service opportunities.
  • Lead and/or support each opportunity through the following phases: Project Identification, Pursuit Strategy, Proposal Generation, Execution, Project Completion and Customer Satisfaction Follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of control valves, isolation valves, safety valves, and actuation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic PC skills and ability to utilize various software applications.
  • Valid driver's license and own an automobile.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive annual salary range: $91,000-118,000.
  • Eligible for incentive compensation, including quarterly sales bonus, annual sales accelerator payment, and annual profit share award.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, HSA and FSA options, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, 401k with employer match, 10 paid holidays, and 16 days of paid time off.
Working Conditions:

Travel is required, including driving several hours per day and overnight trips. Must be able to carry a laptop computer and occasionally carry demonstration equipment/products.

This position is eligible for a vehicle reimbursement program.
